Hi @TusharB , the Archer C1200 does not support WDS bridge function, so we are not able to configure it as a repeater without cable connected.. While you can configure it as an access point to extend the wifi range, in this way, the Archer C1200 need connect to the main router by wired cable.

1) change the routers gateway IP address from 192.168.254 to 192.168.1.1 . 2) disable DHCP. 3) connect the two routers together via ports eth 1, don't use eth 4 if the technicolor is a version intended for vdsl. If you're still having problems test the power line adapters are working by connecting a laptop in place of the technicolor router. HTH
