Find the Port Forwarding section in your ZyXEL C3000Z router. Click on the Advanced Setup button at the center of the screen. Find the Port Forwarding link located near the left of the screen and click on it. Create a Port Forwarding entry. If this sounds difficult you are not alone.

So, if you want to do the port forwarding, please contact your internet service provider to assign you a public IP address or do the port forwarding in their part. For a port to appear to be "open", there must be a program on the target system which is listening at that port.
